30-Day Returns
It's important that you inspect your order on delivery, please check if it's in good condition. WizzPaw will issue an exchange or a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly for assistance. (Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging and broken part).
WizzPaw will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy).
Return Conditions
Returns must be in the state you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Please contact us first before returning the item.
The time frame for return must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Care Instructions:.
• To extend the life of the garment, gentle hand wash or dry cleaning is recommended.
• If you choose to machine wash, place the garment in a laundry bag and use a diluted mild detergent. Avoid using products with high bleach content; please refer to the detergent ingredients and washing instructions for more details.
• To prevent color bleeding, wash different colors separately.
• Do not expose the garment to direct sunlight or high-temperature drying. Air dry in a shaded area for best results.
• Do not soak the garment for more than 11 minutes, as prolonged soaking can lead to fiber degradation and fading.
• Slight fading during washing is normal for this product.
