Shipping Destinations:
We ship to many countries around the world. If you have any questions about whether we can ship to your location, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Options and Rates:

1. Standard Shipping:
   - Cost: $6 USD
   - Delivery Time: 6-20 business days
   - Free for orders over $20 USD

2. Expedited Shipping:
   - Cost: $15 USD
   - Delivery Time: 3-10 business days

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Import Taxes and Customs:
Import taxes are implemented by your local government to mostly (but not only) protect your local economy and regulate international trade.

Clearing customs and paying import taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. Wizzpaw cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or if taxes of any kind are charged to you upon delivery of your purchase.

Please bear in mind that import taxes differ from shipping costs added to your order before you confirm your purchase. Import taxes do not go to Wizzpaw and are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authorities.
