30-Day Returns Policy

Inspect Your Order:
It's important to inspect your order upon delivery. Please check if it is in good condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items:
WizzPaw will issue an exchange or a full refund, including shipping, for any items that are damaged, defective, or mis-shipped. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly for assistance. Be sure to attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing the original packaging and the damaged or defective part.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), we will issue a full refund for the cost of the returned product. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition, if eligible according to our return policy.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be in the state you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Please contact us first before returning the item.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from when the original order was received.
  • Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from your refund.

What You Can’t Send Back:

  • Custom Products: All custom products do not support returns.
  • Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Used Products: Used products are not returnable.
